Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

In today’s complex world, balancing work-life issues can be challenging.  To that end, the WDI works with Employee Services Inc (or ESI) to offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to businesses and unions at a reduced rate.      

The WDI selected ESI as our EAP vendor of choice for a variety of reasons, including:  

• ESI is a national company that originated in NYS and has a strong presence here, with 4,500 counselors across the state.   
• Counseling/advice/referral services can be accessed 24 hours a day/7 days/week.
• Counseling/advice/referral services can be accessed by a variety of mechanisms - telephone, face-to-face visits, or website.
