The Building & Construction Trades Council (BCTC) of Greater New York has launched a new collective in the city with the four pre-apprenticeship programs with which they work: The Edward J. Malloy Initiative for Construction Skills (CSkills), Nontraditional Employment for Women, New York Helmets to Hardhats, and Pathways to Apprenticeship (P2A).
